Mixed bean salad with soy milk dressing

Garden fresh beans and a light soy dressing make this salad so refreshing. Packed full of vitamins and a great source of high fiber and protein, it is the quintessential summer food.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

A

80g Mixed Beans

40g Carrot

80g Broccoli

40g Onion

60g Canned Tuna

 

B

4 teaspoons Black Vinegar

1 tablespoon Millet Sugar

1/4 teaspoon Salt

4 teaspoons Soy Milk

2 pieces Radish

A few coarse-ground black pepper

 

METHODS

1  Cut the carrot and broccoli

into bite-size pieces

2  Slice onion and radish

3  Put carrot in pot and boil

4  In separate pan, boil water, add broccoli, salt and olive oil

5  Rub sliced onion with salt, soak them in water and drain

6  Drain oil from a canned tuna

7  Mix “B” Ingredients well

8  Mix “A” and “B” ingredients

9  Serve on dish
