Watch various sea animals in action. Bond with sea lions and dolphins or watch penguins do their funny tricks. Truly wholesome family entertainment. There are only two food corners, so it might be best to bring your own packed lunch. Station: Katase Enoshima.Access:
62 mins. traveling time. Take Odakyu Express (Romance Car) up to Katase Enoshima Station. 3 mins on foot to Enoshima Aquarium OR 63 mins traveling time. Take R Tokaido Line from Tokyo Station to JR Fujisawa Station. Change to Odakyu Enoshima Line until Katase Enoshima Station. 3 mins on foot to Enoshima Aquarium.Open 9am-5pm

Access:
46 mins traveling time. Take the JR Shonan Shinjuku line from Shinjuku Station to Yokohama. Change to the Keihin Kyuko line to Kanazawa Hakkei Station. Transfer to the Seaside Line, and get off at Yokohama Hakkejima Station.

36 mins traveling time. Take the municipal subway from Shin-Yokohama Station to Yokohama Station. Change to the Keihin Kyuko Line until Kanazawa Hakkei Station. Transfer to the Seaside Line, and get off at Yokohama Hakkejima Station.

Kamogawa Sea World
From July 21 – Aug 26 Hakkejima celebrates the Big Summer Festival where over 800 species of 11,000 sea animals are on display. Killer whales, dolphins, sea lions including belugas have prepared a number for every sea animal loving audience to appreciate. If you will be traveling from Tokyo, it is recommended to spend the night at a hotel. Partner hotels are listed on the website. Not recommended for day trips. Station: JR Awakamogawa

Access:

Aqua World Oarai Aquarium
Until July 31, visitors will be treated to a special once-in-four-years sea animal competition. Meet the homestays from Humboldt penguins and spotted seals, to tufted puffins. California sea lions and dolphins, together with trainers, do an amusing live diving exhibition until August 31. Station: Oarai Station
