The Family Salad
There is so much to benefit from the antioxidizing compounds present in most of the ingredients in this salad like mango, raisin, fig and bell peppers.  Mango for example is high in vitamin C and fiber and has been proven to help condition the skin and treat pimples.

Ingredients
1/2 cup dried fig (bite size)
3 large red bell peppers (thinly sliced)
50 grams string beans (boiled for 5 mins)
10 white ham slices (rolled)
150 grams Rucola or rocket lettuce
2 Mangoes (diced)
4 tablespoon sun dried raisins

Dressing
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
smoke paprika powder
Balsamic vinegar
Combine all ingredients and stir until sea salt is dissolved.

Preparation
1.  Arrange lettuce and string beans on a salad platter to form a bed.
2.  Put bell pepper slices around the plate .
3.  Roll white ham loosely like a cone and tuck into corners (see photo).
4.  Put mango slices, raisin and dried fig last.
5.  Pour dressing immediately before serving.  Serves 4.
