If you haven’t heard of Roti Roppongi you must be new to Tokyo.  The American brasserie run by English chef Ian Tozer has been dishing out the best meals in town.  Eggs Benedict at Roti comes with English muffins, two poached eggs and a choice of grilled ham, smoked salmon or sauteed spinach for the vegetarian, topped with the house’s concoction of hollandaise sauce (¥1,900).
