Eggs Benedict at the hotel is a choice of either bacon or salmon but the  grand, luxurious setting makes up for the limited choice. The eggs come as a duo with a side dish of pickles and steamed vegetables. The subtly baked and browned Hollandaise sauce gives a nice contrast to the soft center of the egg.
