Yokohama Yoshimoto Aquarium (Omoshirosuizokukan)

Fun and educational, the Yoshimoto Aquarium is home to 10,00 fishes of 400 different aquatic species, divided into age-appropriate zones. 15 zones belong to the Omoshirosuizokukan  for elementary age children and 11 for babies and toddlers (Akachan Suizokukan).
Regular shows run at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm everyday and a baby show at 12pm, 4pm on Saturdays.

*5 mins walk from Chuukagai exit on Ishikawa station by JR Keihin Kyuko or Negishi Lines
*8 mins walk from Exit 2 of Chukagai station or Motomachi station bu Tokyu Toyoko line and Minato Mirai line

*Yokohama Koen exit from Shuto Kousoku Yokobane
*Shin Yamashita exit from Honmachi dori
No parking space available
Open weekdays 11am – 8pm (last admission 7:30 pm) weekends 10 am – 8pm (last admission 7:30 pm)
Fees
Junior high school students – adults  1,400 yen
Group of 10 Junior high – adults pay 1,200 yen each
4 years old and up pay 700 yen
Goup of 10  4 years old and up pay 600 yen each
Silver discount for seniors 65 years and up   700 yen each
