Soy Ice Pops

Lactose intolerant? Here’s a great substitute for ice pops that’s completely dairy-free. It’s quick to prepare and whether you’re allergic to dairy or simply finnicky with food, you will like it.
You will need:
(per cup)
Wooden sticks (available at Kappabashi)
Plastic Cups
Soy Milk, 1 cup
Cereals, 1 tbsp
Strawberry 2 pcs
Blueberries 3-4 pcs
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp or more as desired

How to prepare

Put the soy milk, sugar and 1 strawberry in a blender.

Cut the strawberry in half and arrange it on the pastic cup. Put the cereals and blueberries.

Pour soy mixture into the cup .

Freeze until starting to get firm.

Insert the wooden sticks until completely frozen. This should take anywhere between 3-4 hours.
