Apple unveils its new Apple Watch

It’s official. Apple Watch, the first wearable smart device for men and women was revealed today at a product launch in California.

iwatchIt will be available from US$349.00 in the U.S. which means Japan’s price may slightly be higher as is always the case with Apple products sold here.

The Apple Watch will be available in three series: Apple Watch, Apple Watch Sport, and Apple Watch Edition in 18-karat rose or yellow gold.

The Apple Watch collection has a mirror finish and stainless steel casing with a sapphire crystal display. Bands will be available in three types to personalize your taste. link bracelet, leather, and Milanese loop made of high quality fluoroelastomer.

The Apple Watch Sport casing is made from lightweight anodized aluminum alloy which means it’s easy on the wrist while doing athletic activities. It also comes with a flexible and durable band made of fluoroelastometer. The smart Apple Sport will be available in five colors.

The Apple Watch Edition is the premium item of all three Apple watches. It’s polished in sapphire crystal and the 18-karat gold casing gives this new wristwatch an elegant vibe. It will be available in yellow and rose gold casing.

Apple Watch allows the wearer to choose a strap design based on his/her lifestyle. Athletes for example can choose a sweat-resistant sportband with soft fasteners while others may choose to wear the modern leather buckle to work.
