Takao Trick Art Museum

By on November 10, 2014

Pop by this museum of illusory art objects before leaving Takao.
It may not be a big museum but it houses everything to tickle the funny bone from an encounter with a Ninja popping out of a tatami floor to feeding fish to a flying penguin, all engineered to look ‘partly’ real. Your role is to choose your favorite backdrop, strike a pose and get your best cooperative angle captured in a photo. You will have to make a queue on weekends to get in because they limit the number of people taking photos but this unusual fun house makes for a great weekend chuckle.

(Tip: The museum is open daily except for irregular days in a month. Check the website before your visit.)
