Tired of outdoor parks? Ditch the park and get your kids a job at Kandu!

Kandu is an indoor theme park for kids (similar to Kidzania only twice smaller) with edu-tainment value. Let the kids pick their dream job and roleplay all day while you parents take a break at Kandu’s  inhouse restaurant with a huge 530-seat capacity. It’s a win-win!

The splendid indoor park for children is a creation of Luis Javier Laregoiti, the same man who brought Kidzania to life.
The amusement park located in Makuhari is divided into the following fun zones:

La Piazza is a reproduction of a typical quaint neighborhood and streets in Italy made distinct by a large tree in the center.

American Diner is a 50s setting in America where jobs await announcer or director wannabes at a radio station (by Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Inc.).  Little artists will enjoy the art academy sponsored by Zebra Co., Ltd., Japan’s renowned gel ink manufacturer.

Fashion Corner sponsored by Onward Kashiyama, is the zone for aspiring ramp models who want to try the catwalk wearing designer clothes and costumes. Jobs for nailists and hair stylists can be found here.

French Quarter, the art-inspired space of red buildings has ateliers, publishing company, medical and childcare facilities.

Cosmic Zone Here, Fujitsu displays its futuristic space control room replete with at-your-service robots and powerful rockets brought in by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (including a flight simulator and giant screen by Japan Air Lines.)

Police Zone  Kids can pretend play to be law enforcers who patrol the neighborhood or law breakers who end up in a kid size jailhouse!
