Comedian Russell Peters comes to Tokyo with his bag of laughs

By on January 30, 2018

Making people laugh and doing it so well as a career is no mean feat.  But thirty years in the comedy business firing one hilarious joke after another that leaves you laughing non-stop, Russell Peters surely made it work.

The Canadian funny bone born to South Asian parents is one of the top-earning stand-up comedians in the world and has brought his brand of comedy to 26 countries, done 200 shows and made 300,000 fans chuckle. He is also the first comedian to have a special Netflix stand-up show.

This spring THE DEPORTED WORLD TOUR takes him to Asia and makes a brief stop in Tokyo for a one day show with his brand new bag of laughs. Jake Johannsen, America’s equally funny man and a favorite raconteur of David Letterman, joins him on stage.

Catch him live at the Tokyo Hilton (6 Chome-6-2 Nishishinjuku Shinjuku-Ku, Tokyo) on March 7, 2018 (Wed) 8 pm.  Reserve tickets here.     (Disclaimer:  The show may not be suitable for minors.)
