Little Ones Cafe

As we walked into Little One’s Café in Yoyogi, we knew we were in for a treat.  The bright red booths surround a large playpen filled with toys in the middle of the room, and the children were off to play instantly.

They played happily (including the 7 year old!) until their meals arrived, and the adults had a relaxing chat.  All of the food is prepared from fresh ingredients, and children can mix and match menu items to suit their tastes.

The adult dinner was a good home cooked meal, and came with a welcome glass of wine.  While the children ate, a video was playing which kept them entertained and sitting, which is a rarity with an 18 month old,  5 year old, and 7 year old!  Not only did they sit, but they cleaned their plates and asked for seconds of their Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches - also a rarity!  Service was excellent, and we felt welcome and at home with our noisy brood. Our only request would be that the dinner hours opened before 6:00, but you can’t have everything.  This is definitely a jewel of a find in Tokyo, and we will surely be back!

Wow this was great! I got to play without getting into trouble! I really loved the ball pit and the ride on cars.
